Patna to Nepal - Kathmandu pokhara and Chitwan by luxury tempo traveller booked with Call miCab
Trip to Nepal in September 2019, booked 17 seater luxury tempo traveller on rent in Patna from Call miCab!
We a group of 15 people hired a 17 seater luxury tempo traveller on rent in Patna from Call miCab and started our journey from JPNI Airport, Patna by 3pm
We first went to Gurudwara Sri patna sahib ji then had our lunch and Spent a quality time over there exploring ancient Patna city. At 8pm we started our journey to Nepal heading Kathmandu. We reached border by 4am and it was closed. Nepal borders Opening Hours from 5am to 9pm.
We finished formalities, had a break at birganj for an hr or two to get freshed up. Then we reached Kathmandu by 1pm. We were so tired that we had rest for an HR and left for local markets to explore. After a peaceful 🌃 stay at the hotel.
we left for pashupatinath temple. Following pooja we visited many places in Patan boudhinath Mandir and many other temples monasteries and historical places of interests.
Please don't forget to hire a local guide. It will be a great help as they know many things which you seldom find on internet. After a long tiring day had dinner at the hotel.
Next morning we covered some more important places of interests per guide and after noon we head to nagarkot. Witnessed panoramic view of sunrise from the height . It was awesome like been in the heaven. After breakfast we started our journey to pokhara. As we were too tired so decided not to go out of the area and stayed at the hotel itself. Evening decided enjoyed casino night. Next morning we visited sarang kot hiring small vehicles as the guide told us it's very steep and narrow so the Tempo traveller will not be a good idea to drive thru. It costs us Nepali rs. 1600/-. Diesel prices are also very cheap at 54/ltr. After noon we visited Devi's falls and other places of interest and activities such as from our group some gone for rafting and cable car. The day had been so beautiful since morning from sarangkot to Devi's falls and all. There are some streets in pokhara where Mini Bus or tempo Travellers bus are not allowed to enter so you need to do some paddling. It's good for the health and also you can enjoy luminous night. Finally in the morning we started our journey to Chitwan tiger resort. It was along journey due to some traffic we reached Chitwan late so we check in to the hotel and next morning enjoyed jungle safari. Because it wasn't safe to travel in the night so we decided to start our return journey to Siliguri early Morning.
